Background:
Interim position whilst permanent recruitment is taking place, following reorganisation.

Task:
  1. Man and production management .
  2. Manage staff involved in multiple production processes and ancillary operations
  3. Meet customer delivery and quality expectations
  4. Maximise, monitor and improve efficiency

Responsible for: 69 staff working on a three shift basis, inclusive of ten working team leaders and assisted by a Production Manager who has the printing expertise.

Reporting to: Plant Manager

Candidate: Must have extensive experience of manufacturing man management with a "hands" on approach and able to demonstrate considerable success.

Whilst experience of printing industry would be an advantage it is not essential.

Duration: Three to six months.

Location: South England.

Rate: £350 - £400/day + expenses.
