A major difficulty in a Company start up is attracting and affording the right management talent. Exceptional management and leadership skills are required but with scarce resources it is just not prudent to employ a full time executive. Even if interested, most executives will opt for the apparently more secure alternative, with already well established enterprises and take many months to recruit.

In this Company transition phase different skill sets will be required and Interim Management can provide the solution. A part time interim executive providing that vital leadership and project management; able to call quickly upon different management talent, as and when required. The skill sets needed may be quite diverse/extensive and include financial, human resources, legal, technical expertise, subcontract, production, facilities etc.
