17th December 2003 The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

The key change is to allow Interims to opt out if they are a limited company, they are now able to make such a declaration before the start of an assignment, note there are measures to prevent work-seekers being coerced into signing this opt out. Regulations 26(7) and 32 came into force on the 6th July 2005.
