Derek Higgs Independent Review of Non Executive Directors
Often organisations managing change find that the best way to ensure success is to appoint an interim with the skills, confidence and experience to manage their critical situations. The Interims we propose will be 'sensibly overqualified' and have the specialist knowledge appropriate to the assignment. They will work as part of your team, either full time or part time depending upon need and are usually made welcome because of their skills and experience.
