  1. We treat all information received from our Clients as confidential and will only disclose information agreed with the client
  2. We recognise that all copyright, trademarks, patents and intellectual property rights deriving from the assignment belong to the Client

Security of information

PHS is committed to protecting confidential information supplied via its website and or in the course of its business. The information collected on this site will only be used for contact purposes and/or to provide the service you have requested. We also use regularly updated firewall and virus protection.

The Interim

  1. We will consult you before supplying the Client with any of your details for review. See our Interim Selection Process
  2. Before starting an assignment you will be required to accept our 'Terms of Business'

PHS Interim Management selects interims from its register for the client to chose, by making a judgement on assignment capability and value. Whilst it is a requirement to register that the interim operates through a Limited Company; no applicant will be treated less favourably than another on the grounds of sex, marital or parental status, race, ethnic or national origin, colour, disability, sexual orientation, religion or age.

If you wish us to delete all information retained regarding yourself and your company, or you have a concern please contact us.
